The Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (Los Angeles Tourism) is highlighting important events and must-see places in all of the city's areas this coming year to encourage visitors to have unforgettable experiences everywhere they go.

Adam Burke, president and CEO of Los Angeles Tourism, said, "2024 was a huge year for Los Angeles." "From taking the Olympic flag in Paris to seeing the Los Angeles Dodgers win the World Series to the opening of big entertainment venues like the Intuit Dome, the City of Angels keeps getting more and more energetic and exciting." In 2025, there will be even more venues, shows, restaurants, and arts and culture sites in Los Angeles for tourists to enjoy. Los Angeles really does have something for everyone, and we can't wait for all the exciting openings, changes, and events that will happen across the region next year.

Global travel trends show that people want to fully immerse themselves in one-of-a-kind experiences. They want to find hidden gems, learn about the arts, and plan trips that include special moments like seeing an up-and-coming performer at Andy's Jazz & R&B Club or going to Little Tokyo's oldest mochi shop. Los Angeles Tourism is here to help, and there are fun things to do in LA for all kinds of travelers

About Los Angeles And Tourism In Los Angeles

Los Angeles Tourism, also known as Los Angeles Tourism, is the non-profit group that promotes and sells Los Angeles as a tourist destination. It is also the best place to find out about places to stay and things to do in the LA area.

Los Angeles is an exciting place that is always changing. It is a place where everyone is welcome and diversity grows. Explore Los Angeles's more than 30 culturally rich areas, each with its own unique vibe, to find out what the city is really like. Los Angeles has more than 300 days of warm sunshine, 75 miles of beautiful beaches, more museums and theaters than any other city in the U.S., and a creative food scene led by well-known chefs. Visitors from all over the world can do a huge variety of things in Los Angeles, which is known as a global creative city and the center of the sports universe.

Building Community Through Arts and Culture

Los Angeles is home to more museums and art galleries per person than any other city in the U.S. It is a center for famous cultural institutions, interesting public art, and a lively street art scene.

Since its big $75 million makeover in November 2024, the Natural History Museum has had a new 60,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor wing added. This has made the museum's ties to the Exposition Park community stronger. Check out Gnatalie, a green-boned sauropod that is more than 75 feet long. Getting close to L.A. artist Barbara Carrasco's famous painting, "L.A. History:

A Mexican Perspective," and looking at a show of interesting specimens found by community scientists in the area and collected and studied by our own scientists. The addition was made by Frederick Fisher & Partners in Los Angeles and Studio-MLA led by Mia Lehrer. It is now open for everyone to enjoy.

The $100 million outdoor art and culture experience in the middle of South Los Angeles was supposed to open last year. It is turning a 1.3-mile stretch of Crenshaw Boulevard into a busy business district with a focus on Black art, history, culture, and community in Los Angeles. More than 100 commissioned works by artists such as Melvin Edwards, Maren Hassinger, Charles Dickson, and Artis Lane will be displayed in community spaces and pocket parks at the outdoor museum. This will be a truly dynamic statement of Black American culture in the United States.

Every Kind of Traveler Can Find Something Unique to Do

Eventbrite recently released a trend study that found that over 60% of travelers now plan their vacations around live events like concerts, tours, and classes. This is because people want more unique and memorable experiences than just sightseeing.

As of 2025, Los Angeles is a great place to go for interactive travel. Many new entertainment, music, wellness, and other attractions offer tourists new, immersive experiences that show off the city's creative spirit and cutting-edge attractions.

The Best Places in the City to Take Care of Your Body, Mind, and Beauty

There are many ways to take care of your body, mind, and spirit in Los Angeles. One great way to see why Los Angeles is a great place to be outside is to hike one of the city's many trails. Look for clean and trendy items. You can find beauty brands started by Black and Brown people at Thirteen Lune in Larchmont or at one of the many new Credo Beauty stores across the city. At the corner of Slauson and Overhill, the 444IV Wellness Lounge is a great place to get holistic IV treatment and cutting-edge health solutions. The wellness-focused Herbals & Longevity Elixirs Menu at Café Fig at Hotel Figueroa in Downtown was created with herbalist Adriana Ayales, and the hotel's Rest & Recovery Suite offers a cutting-edge sleep experience with items made to help you rest better and feel less stressed.

Vogue World in Hollywood is a Dream for Fashion Lovers all Over the City

Vogue World will come back to the U.S. in October 2025, but this time it will land in sunny Los Angeles. Vogue World: Hollywood will focus on the most inspirational characters in movie history to honor the rich conversation between film and fashion. In March, LA Fashion Week will be held at the historic Union Station. To get ready for the big event, fashionistas should visit the Fashion District to find one-of-a-kind fabrics or go to flea markets across the city, such as Melrose Trading Post, Silverlake Flea, or the Rose Bowl Flea Market, to look for vintage items and hidden treasures.

Changes in Tourism

Transportation in Los Angeles is getting better all the time, which makes getting around the city easier than ever. As the city keeps putting money into its infrastructure, it's giving tourists new ways to see its neighborhoods, which are always changing. At the same time, LA's diverse and growing hotel scene gives both new and returning tourists new and exciting things to do.
