If you cancel your reservation with us within twenty-four hours of the time that you were planned to arrive, you will receive a full refund less any cancellation fees that may have been assessed. However, the policies of the chosen institution will determine whether or not a refund will be issued for tickets that have been canceled after the reservation period has ended by twenty-four hours.
